Description

Emergency Department / Med-Surg Dual-Role Registered Nurse – Night Shift

Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shift | 18:00 – 06:00 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week (Mon – Sun work week)
Weekend & On-Call Protocol: Every third weekend rotation required. No on-call requirement (NO CALL).
Floating Mandate [HARDSTOP]: Candidate must float continuously between the Emergency Department and Med-Surg based on facility needs.
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Dual ED / Med-Surg Clinical Competency [HARDSTOP]: Candidate must possess strong cross-functional clinical experience in both Emergency Care and Medical/Surgical nursing to handle continuous floating.
EMR Proficiency: Direct clinical documentation experience in Cerner EMR.
Licensure Requirements: Active Colorado State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License.
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
- Preferred Certification: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred, but not mandatory.
