Description

RN – Angiography / Interventional Radiology
Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology/Angiography RN to work in a high-acuity environment within a Level I Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center.
Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 patient care in the Angiography/IR department.
Manage high-acuity patients and critical care infusions.
Assist with interventional radiology and angiography procedures.
Provide stroke and trauma care.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with RNs, ARRT/RTRs, RCIS, and other members of the interventional team.
Document patient care using EPIC Cupid.
Procedures
Experience with procedures such as:
Permcath
Port Placement
Thrombectomy
Atherectomy
TVAR
TIPS
EVAR
PE procedures
Stroke procedures
Trauma procedures

Required Experience Critical Care experience – required Angiography / Interventional Radiology experience – required ICU/ER experience Experience with stroke and trauma care Critical care drip/infusion management
