Travelers Pay: 
Taxable Amount - $21.5/hr on W2
Lodging Stipend - $1,100 weekly
Meals Stipend - $768 weekly
Weekly Gross - $2,900 weekly including stipend for 48 hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Stepdown
Location - 80 Jesse Hill Jr Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30303
Duration - 13 weeks contract
Shift - 7 pm to 7:30 am // 48 hours 
Beds - 16 - 20 

Ratio - 1 to 4

Common Patient - patients: Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hyperensive Emergency, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Chronic Kidney disease, TDM2, Substance abuse, Status Epilepticus, Encephalopathy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provided nursing care to acutely ill and high-acuity patients requiring close monitoring.
Monitored cardiac rhythms, vital signs, oxygen saturation, and neurological status.
Managed patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, and medical-surgical conditions.
Administered medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments as ordered.
Managed telemetry, oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, and other advanced monitoring equipment.
Performed comprehensive assessments and promptly identified changes in patient condition.
Assisted with rapid response and emergency interventions as needed.
Collaborated with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Provided patient/family education and maintained accurate EMR documentation.
Promoted patient safety, infection prevention, and evidence-based nursing practices.

REQUIREMENT:
2+ years of experience within the specialty.

BLS and ACLS required.
