Must have both OR RN Lic and WA/Compact RN Lic prior to starting
*Will be able to get the 90 Day temp RN lic for Oregon w/request from CNO if needed

****Our transport team consists of one RN and one RT on each shift. They are based out of RCH, and they receive activations to transport patients from outside facilities who need a higher level of care. Our team transports both neonates and pediatric patients guided by a physician from facilities throughout Oregon and SW Washington—sometimes they drive, fly, or rotor to and from their destinations. Most often they are transporting patients back to RCH, but we are also contracted with Providence to provide patient transport between their sites, and if OHSU’s PANDA team is unavailable our KIDS Team will transport for them as well.

Flight training will be part of our orientation process—we have a contract with LifeFlight who conducts our training, and we would have our traveler complete training similar to what the rest of our team attends to meet the requirements of that vendor contract.****
