· Number of Staff – 12

· Type of staff: OR RN, Scrub tech, First Assist

o Day Shift –1 charge 2 RN, 3 CST

o Night Shift - NA

· Patient Ratios – NA

· Type of equipment -power drills saws, Arthrex, synthes Stryker, zimmer, laprascopic towers insufflators, bovi, microscope , coblator, suction, cautery, OR tables

· EMR -meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Orthopedic surgery including total joints

· ENT

· General surgery

· Uro/gyn

· Surgical identification and setup

· Sterile technique and aseptic practice

· Counts

· Specimen handling

· Surgical site preparation and draping

· Medication handing on sterile field

· Troubleshooting sterile field contamination

· Fast room turnover

· Working independently with minimal orientation

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Intraoperative neuromonitoring familiarity

· Vendor coordination

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Orthopedic surgery including total joints

· GYN procedures/hysteroscopy/cystoscopy

· ENT Tonsillectomy, thyroidectomy, FESS FUSION

· General surgery

· Ophthalmic surgery
