Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Stockton, CA
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Short-Term Rehabilitation Center
Duration: 13-weeks
Compensation
Travel Package: up to $3,002/week
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

About the Facility
Join a well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to helping patients regain independence, mobility, and quality of life. Physical Therapists work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and other conditions requiring rehabilitative care. The facility offers a supportive environment, flexible scheduling, and a strong commitment to patient-centered outcomes.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible start times:
- As early as 6:00 AM
- As late as 10:00 AM
- Weekday and weekend coverage available
- We are willing to accommodate scheduling needs when possible!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to support patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and treatment interventions
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Current BLS Certification
- Open to all experience levels
