Description

Position: RN – Dialysis
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Experience Required: 1 year
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Certification: BLS required
Local Candidates: Accepted; candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility. Candidates within 75 miles may be offered a lower rate.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM–10:30 PM
8-hour, 10-hour, or combination of 8- and 12-hour shifts based on department needs
Weekends: Every other weekend, 5:30 AM–10:30 PM
Occasional Sundays may be required due to holidays
Weekday Call: Possible 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Weekend Call: Possible Saturday 6:00 PM through Monday 6:00 AM

Float Requirement:
May be required to float to other dialysis locations.

Candidate Requirements

Charge Nurse experience required
Outpatient chronic dialysis experience required
Acute dialysis experience required
Experience serving as Charge Nurse for a 24-chair unit when assigned
Ability to provide coverage for an 8-station acute dialysis unit
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage dialysis-related emergencies
