🏥 Travel RN – Utilization Management | REMOTE

Facility: Lee Health – Corporate Center
Position: Utilization Management RN
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks

⭐ Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience – REQUIRED
• Utilization Management / Case Management experience
• Experience working remotely
• Strong computer skills
• Epic experience – REQUIRED
• Dragonfly UM tool experience – REQUIRED
• Prior travel experience highly preferred

📜 Required Certification

• CCM or CMCN – REQUIRED

🎓 Education

• Degree accreditation verification required
  OR
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience may satisfy the requirement

🏥 Floating

• Floating is REQUIRED
• Travelers are first to float
• May be required to float to other sister campuses as well

📍 Radius Rule

• Traveler's permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility
