Description
Emergency Room (ER I) Registered Nurse – Day / Evening Shift
- Schedule: Day / Evening Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 07:00 – 19:30 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
- Floating Protocol [HARDSTOP]: May float in standard rotation across emergency units, float to the offsite Mares Campus, or float as a patient sitter when required by facility staffing needs.
Assignment Duration: Standard Travel Contract (13 Weeks) | Open Position
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Proven clinical proficiency in Emergency Department nursing (ER I acuity level).
- Scope of Practice: Must practice strictly within the guidelines of the Washington Nurse Practice Act and Confluence Health unit standards.
- Licensure Requirements: Active Washington State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License.
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Active TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification [HARDSTOP].
