Weekend – Every other

Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years +

Patient Ratios : 4:1
Unit staffing description: NURSES ALL RN, TECHS AT LOBBY AND SECRETARY
Type of equipment : STANDARD ED
Documentation system: Meditech
Floating policy: As needed

Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

MINIMUM 2 YEARS ED EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS, ACLS PALS OR ENPC, TNCC
NIHSS REQUIRED

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following:

MEDITECH Exp. preferred

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)

Active Texas RN License – temp license will not be accepted

Procedures performed on unit:

Standard ED procedures
Level IV trauma
Primary stroke center
Chest Pain Accredited with PCI (STEMI 24/7)
