TRAVEL PEDIATRIC PSYCH RN – NIGHTS
Facility: Northern Light Acadia Hospital
Location: Bangor, ME
Start Date: 09/14/2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 48 Hours/Week
TRAVEL PAY PACKAGE
Weekly Gross: $3,022
Weekly Taxable: $1,776
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,246
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year Behavioral Health RN experience
• Pediatric Behavioral Health experience preferred
• Active Maine RN License
• BLS required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must have de-escalation experience
• Physical restraint experience required
• Medication administration experience
• Comfortable leading patient groups
• Strong behavioral health documentation skills

• Free-standing acute inpatient psychiatric facility
• 94 total beds
• Pediatric unit: Ages 5–18
• Adult unit: 18+ through geriatric
• Adult & Pediatric floating required
• Cerner EMR
• Pyxis medication system
• Free parking
• Any solid-color professional scrubs
• Modified self-scheduling
• Overtime available
• No call
• Every other weekend required
• MOAB training provided onsite
