Job Title: RN - Emergency Department
Location: Buda, TX 78610 (Close to Austin, TX)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 09/14/2026

Shift: Nights (NOC)
Weekly Hours: 36
Daily Hours: 12
Schedule: Variable days, 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM
Weekend Requirement: Yes
On Call: N/A

Patient Ratio: 1:3
Interview: 1 round

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Provide compassionate, safe, and therapeutic patient care.
Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment and health management.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
Delegate care appropriately in accordance with the Texas Nursing Practice Act.
Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and rights.
Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation.
Provide age-specific care while respecting patient diversity and individual needs.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of RN experience ED experience required RN License BLS ACLS PALS ENPC TNCC Scrubs Color: Navy Blue scrubs Pay Bifurcation: Taxable: $1209.60/week Non-Taxable: $1246.00/week Total Gross: $2455.60/week
