Description

Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist

Assignment Details

Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
Local Candidates: Not accepted within a 50-mile radius
Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent experience in the specialty
Job ID: 6740V EP Lab GMC – EP Lab Tech

Required Certifications

AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or CVT (Cardiovascular Technologist)

Special Procedures / Unit Details

The EP Lab Technologist will support specialized cardiac electrophysiology and structural heart procedures, including:

ICD (Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator) procedures
S-ICD (Subcutaneous ICD) procedures
Pacemaker procedures
Structural Heart procedures
EP Ablation / PVI (Pulmonary Vein Isolation)

Holiday Requirements

Candidates must work 2 major holidays out of the following 3:

Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Year's Day

Additionally, candidates must work 1 minor holiday:

Friday after Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
New Year's Eve
