Description

RN Hospice Director/Administrator –

Must-Have:

Active Texas RN License
Leadership/administrative experience in hospice
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide direct patient care when needed
Experience with staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
Knowledge of hospice regulatory and compliance requirements
Ability to manage quality improvement, budgets, billing/charges, and operational metrics
Strong communication and community/public-relations skills
Willingness to work in a clinical + office environment
Ideally open to Temp-to-Perm

Preferred:

BSN
2+ years of hospice administration experience
Hospice-specific administrative education; 16 hours required within 12 months of hire
