Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Day shifts only
- No call
- No telemedicine
- No home care
Patient Volume
- Approximately 20-25
Required Procedures
Providers should be comfortable performing:
- Laceration repairs
- Incision & drainage
- Splinting, casting, slings, and wraps
- IV placement
- Reduction of minor dislocated joints
- Foreign body removal
- Epistaxis (nosebleed) management
- Tick removal
- Wound care
- X-ray interpretation
- EKG interpretation
- Laboratory interpretation
- Immunizations
Requirements
- Board Certified NP or PA
- New York license required at presentation
- BLS, ACLS, NRP
- 1-5+ years of Family Medicine/Occupational Health experience preferred
Support Staff
- Medical Assistants
- LPNs
- RNs
- NP/PAs
EMR
- Epic
- Dictation
- Voice Recognition
Additional Information
- No supervisory responsibilities
- No overtime available
- Department has sleeping rooms available
- Patient contact hours are fulfilled during scheduled clinic shifts
