Description

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) – Part-Time Contract

Position: Dietary Services / Registered Dietitian
Facility: Bishop Spencer Place
Schedule: 24 hours per week
Charting System: Epic
Scrub Color: Eggplant

Visits per Day: 5
Facility Beds: 57
Contract Hours: 24 hours per week
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
First-Time Travelers: Yes
Weekend Requirement: N/A
On-Call: No
Certification: RD/RDN required
Pending License: Not accepted
Local Candidates: Not accepted; candidate's home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
RTO: No more than 7 days
Floating: Regular floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed

Required Skills

Experience as a Registered Dietitian in long-term care or skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required/preferred.
Strong knowledge of dietary services and nutritional care in skilled nursing/long-term care environments.

Guaranteed Hours

3 shifts per 13-week contract
Any cancelled shifts must be equivalent to the regular shift length assigned to the contractor.
