Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current psych/behavioral health experience [required]
Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (psych/behavioral health) – [required]
Nursy’s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission – [required] [document]
Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
Driver’s License [document] [required]
de-escalation certificate required: MOAB, MAB, CPI, SAMA [document] [highly preferred] -- can obtain during onboarding
AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS; basic life support – [document] [required]
