What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the birthing process.
• Assist physicians and advanced practice providers during deliveries and procedures.
• Educate and support patients and families before, during, and after childbirth.
• Respond effectively to emergent situations and advocate for positive patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or eligibility for licensure) in Nebraska.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Previous Labor & Delivery, OB, or Women's Health experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
