Description
Stepdown RN
- Shift: 12-hour Nights
- Hours: 48
- Weekends & Holidays: Required
Requirements:
- Stepdown and Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Epic experience required
- Cardiac experience preferred
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
- RN license required to submit (facility will wait)
Unit Details:
- 32 beds (22 Stepdown, 10 Med Surg)
- Ratios: Stepdown 1:3 | Floor 1:5–6
- Must titrate drips (Heparin, Insulin, Nitro, Cardizem, Nicardipine, Lasix, Amiodarone, Dobutamine)
- Tele techs monitor rhythms
- Royal blue scrubs
Scheduling:
- Self-scheduling and block scheduling available
- No call
- Travelers float first when needed
