Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health / Adult Psychiatry

Schedule: Day Shift | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 06:30 – 19:00 | 48 Hours Per Week (No set days of the week).
On-Call Protocol: On-call shifts may be required (Possible Call).
Floating Protocol: No floating required.
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract (08/31/2026 – 11/29/2026) | Open Position

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Behavioral Health / Psychiatric RN clinical experience.
- Preferred Credentials: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and prior acute care facility experience preferred.
Crisis De-escalation Mandate [HARDSTOP]: Active certification in CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) OR TEAM / TEAM-A (Techniques for Effective Aggression Management).
Licensure Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (or ARC-ALS) certification.
- Active AHA PALS (or ARC-PALS) certification.
