NICU RN – Level III/IV

Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed
Contract: 13 weeks

Required Experience

• Minimum 24 months of NICU experience – REQUIRED
• Recent NICU experience within the last 12 months – REQUIRED
• Recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience – REQUIRED
• Travel experience – highly preferred
• Candidate must have experience and be willing to work in the departments listed on the Banner cover page.

Required Certifications & Documents

• BLS – REQUIRED
• NRP – REQUIRED
• Life-support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active state license with no license hits – REQUIRED

• Arizona residents are NOT eligible for assignments at any Arizona facility.
