• Location: Mount Angel, OR 97362 (West Salem/Keizer area and surrounding areas (potential for Woodburn)
• Shift: Day 5x8 Hours
• Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: Sep

Pay Breakdown for More than 50 Miles:

• Weekly Gross: $2,906
• W2:  $41.5/hr.
• Stipend:  $1,246 Weekly

Local Accepted

• Local Pay: $60-$65/hr

Requirements

• OR State RN license - Required (Will Accept pending License)
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health RN experience.
• Previous OASIS EMR experience required.
• BLS AHA  certifications required.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Home Health RN to provide skilled, compassionate care to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys independent practice and building strong patient relationships.
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive home health assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and skilled nursing treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and safety.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
