Position: RN – Long Term Care / Intermediate Care
Shift: Rotating Days/Nights – 12-hour shifts

• Days: 6:30 AM–6:30 PM
• Nights: 6:30 PM–6:30 AM
  Schedule: Rotating 36/48 hours
  Weekend: Every other/rotating weekends required
  Contract: 13 weeks
  Facility: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital, very rural setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Care/Intermediate Care setting.
• Assess patients and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Follow facility policies and nursing standards.
• Float within the hospital or affiliated hospital when needed.

Requirements:

• Active NM or Compact RN license – must be in hand at submission.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• BLS required.
• PointClickCare experience listed as required, but the facility also states Cerner experience is required because the facility switched to Cerner in October 2022.
• 2 professional references required.
• Must be flexible with rotating day/night schedules.
• Must be willing to work weekends and some holidays.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Locals within 100 miles are not accepted.
• RTO must be submitted with the profile.
