hift: DAYS (MON-FRI - can make up missed visits on the weekend), Setting: Outpatient (some OT visits in Assisted Living Facilities (roughly 20%), GT: 40, Length: 13 weeks, Required certs: BLS & First Aide, Candidates must have (2) years recent licensed OT experience and (1) recently completed travel assignment, NO NEW GRADS, TRAVELER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HOMECARE/HOMEBASE, Traveler will be required to attend daily stand-up meetings at 8:30 AM MON-FRI,

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
