Description
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of acute adult oncology experience in an inpatient setting.
- Specialized experience with leukemia and lymphoma patients required.
- Experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry preferred.
- Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
- Strong basic nursing skills and clinical assessment abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient oncology environment.
Education
- Required: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Licensure & Certifications
- Active New Jersey RN license or multi-state compact RN license.
- BLS – AHA required.
- ACLS required.
- Chemotherapy Certification required.
- ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred.
- Telemetry certification/experience preferred.
