RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) / Women’s Services

Job Posting

Location: West Bend, Wisconsin
Facility: St. Joseph’s Community Hospital
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend: Weekend rotation, up to every other weekend
Assignment: 08/31/2026 – 11/27/2026

Required Skills & Experience

Clinical competence and experience caring for the target patient population
Strong patient care management skills
Knowledge of nursing theory and professional nursing practice
Ability to assess, monitor, and manage patients in a women’s health/obstetric setting
Experience with Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) preferred/required based on certification timeline

Required Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Required Licensure & Certifications

Current Wisconsin RN License or multi-state RN license through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
AHA BLS or approved equivalent
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) — required within 1 year of hire
Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) Certification through NCC — required within 18 months of hire
