Description

The pharmacist will work four 10-hour shifts per week (40 hours); the shifts can include weekdays and weekends depending on the schedule that week. The on-call requirement is typically 3–4 nights per week, generally on the nights following the shifts worked. The on call will be divided between two pharmacists.

Pharmacy Hours:
Monday - Friday 0800-1700
Saturday and Sunday 0800-1200
The candidate must be available on call after pharmacy hours.

The ER is on auto verify for most medications.
We have a very small outpatient infusion clinic with an average of 1 antibiotic infusion per day.
Inpatient we attend a 10 AM care plan meeting.

Inpatient/ER we average 1200 pharmacy orders per month.
