We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) with NICU experience for a 13-week contract assignment in Salinas, California. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in occupational therapy and specialized experience working with neonatal patients in a NICU setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to NICU patients based on individual needs and established care plans.
• Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support developmental and functional outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate families and caregivers as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License – Required
• Minimum 3 years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Minimum 1 year of NICU Occupational Therapy experience
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy – Required
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
