Responsibilities

• Provide safe, therapeutic, and individualized patient care
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and patient outcomes
• Serve as a patient and family advocate
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Delegate and assign tasks within team members’ scope of practice
• Provide patient/family education and evaluate learning needs
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Manage complex, high-risk, or unusual clinical situations
• Communicate patient care needs effectively with healthcare and ancillary staff
• Perform Charge RN responsibilities and support department workflow

Requirements

• Active CA RN License
• CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent specialty-area experience
• Strong Charge RN experience required
• Recent Operating Room (OR) experience
• Associate’s Degree or higher
• English proficiency – reading, writing, and speaking
