Description

Mandatory Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program
BSN in Nursing
Current Oregon RN license
BLS — required
ACLS — required
At least 1 year of Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab experience in:
- Circulating and
- Monitoring
  OR
- Experience as an OR manager/supervisor/coordinator
Ability to provide direct supervision and coordinate RN, RT, and CVT staff
Strong knowledge of regulatory, medical/legal, and accreditation requirements

Key Clinical Skills
Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology
Circulating
Hemodynamic monitoring
Moderate sedation
Scrubbing interventional cases
Vascular access/sheath pulls
Medication administration, including anticoagulants and vasoactive drugs
Management of complications such as bleeding, arrhythmias, contrast reactions, stroke alerts, and cardiac arrest

BSN + Oregon RN license + BLS + ACLS + 1 year IR/Cath Lab circulating & monitoring OR qualifying OR management experience.
