🌙 Staff Pharmacist – 7 On / 7 Off Nights | Hospital Pharmacy

Position: Pharmacist
Shift: Nights – 8:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off
Work Week: Thursday night – Thursday morning
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks

🔥 Must-Have Requirements

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License – Required
• Must be in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Hospital Pharmacy experience – Required
• Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy program

🏥 Position Highlights

• 7 days on / 7 days off — excellent block schedule
• Night shift: 8:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Pharmacist works as the sole pharmacist in the hospital from 11:30 PM–6:00 AM

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, validate, and dispense medication orders
• Monitor medication therapy for safety, appropriateness, and effectiveness
• Provide drug information to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Respond to medication-related emergencies
• Maintain pharmacy records, policies, and quality standards
• Coordinate daily pharmacy technician workflow

An experienced Ohio-licensed hospital Pharmacist who is comfortable working independently overnight and enjoys a 7-on/7-off schedule with CPhT support available throughout the night.
