Travel RN Float – Emergency / Med-Surg / ICU

Location: Fort Defiance, AZ 86504
Position: Travel Registered Nurse
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12 Hour Days/Nights
Schedule: Flexible – weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed
EMR: RPMS
Minimum Experience: 3+ Years
Orientation: Mondays only

Position Overview

Seeking a highly flexible and experienced Travel RN who has clinical experience across all three specialties:

• Emergency Department (ED)
• Medical-Surgical
• Intensive Care / Critical Care

The RN will report daily to the House Supervisor and may be assigned to different units based on facility needs. Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple departments and caring for different patient populations.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of RN experience
• Experience must include all three areas:
  • Emergency
  • Medical-Surgical
  • Intensive Critical Care
• Must be flexible with:
  • Day and night shifts
  • Weekends
  • Holidays
  • Floating to other qualified departments

Required Certifications

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA PALS
• TNCC
• Moderate Sedation

Moderate Conscious Sedation: May be obtained through the facility after confirmation.

Floating Requirements

Travelers may occasionally be required to float to other departments where they are qualified and competent.

Floating assignments may include:

• Taking a full patient assignment when appropriately experienced
• Task-oriented duties such as answering call lights or phones
• Other department-specific support based on competency
