HIGHLIGHTS:

• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, NIHSS, WI RN required
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years of MS experience required. At least one travel contract completed preferred. MUST BE ABLE TO READ TELE. Must have experience with cardiac drips and identifying heart rhythms. Willing to work in the charge role is a plus.
• Experience must be short term acute care hospital experience
• Charting Experience Required: recent Epic charting in past 12 months
• They will need to be trained for charge which will be additional training on the unit
• Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
• Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
• REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate Degree or Certificate
• PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
• HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: Holiday Rotation
• INTERVIEW DAYS: Monday; Tuesday; Wednesday; Thursday; Friday
• INTERVIEW TYPES: Manager Phone Interview; MSP Interview

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 2E MedSurg (22 beds); up to 1:6
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
• Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and SimpliFi. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
