M–F | 5×8s | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Every other weekend/holiday on-call for the entire department, including L&D
No additional pay for on-call hours
Requirements:
- Previous Nurse Manager/Manager experience required
- 5+ years of OB nursing experience with leadership experience
- MA RN license
- BLS, ACLS & NRP required
- BSN preferred
- Inpatient OB certification strongly preferred
- Kronos experience is a HUGE plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Mother/Baby staffing, schedules & timecards
- Oversee OB Nursing, PCT, L&D Scrub Tech & UC schedules
- Lead daily huddles and support department operations
- Staff performance management, coaching & professional development
- Participate in hiring, education, policy development and quality initiatives
- Serve as OB dayshift Charge RN as needed
- Support patient care across L&D, Postpartum & Special Care Nursery
