Description
Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) - South Lake Tahoe, CA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 26 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Hours: 40/week
- Setting: County Behavioral Health, Hospital, and Crisis Support
Responsibilities
- Provide case management, evaluations, and intake assessments
- Support crisis intervention services
- Float between assigned locations as needed
- Collaborate with hospital and behavioral health teams
- Assist with client care coordination and treatment planning
Requirements
- Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required
- Experience with crisis intervention, behavioral health assessments, intakes, and case management preferred
- Hospital and/or crisis services experience strongly preferred
Preferred Experience
- Crisis intervention experience
- Hospital-based behavioral health experience
- Experience with case management and assessments
- Familiarity with myAvatar EHR preferred
Additional Information
- Teams interview required

- Primary assignment includes onsite behavioral health support in a hospital setting, remote support for another regional medical center, and additional coverage within the county behavioral health program.
Compensation
- Travel: $3,069/week
- Local: $2,640/week
