Job Title: Registered Nurse

Department: Emergency Department

Schedule: 

• Day Shift: 6:30am – 7pm
• Night Shift: 6:30pm – 7 am  
• Minimum 36 hours per week, possible opportunity for additional shifts but not guaranteed 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for dedicated Emergency Department RNs in Polacca, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Duties: 

• Perform triage and nursing assessments
• Monitor and treat emergency patients
• Administer medications, IV therapy, blood products, and treatments
• Assist with trauma, resuscitation, and critical care procedures
• Start IVs and collect specimens
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status
• Prepare patients for transfer or admission
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge instructions
• Maintain emergency equipment and crash carts
• Complete all nursing documentation in EHR

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN License – Any state license accepted
• Minimum 2 years experience as RN, 2 years experience of ED experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC is preferred
• Ability to provide emergency nursing care to neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
