• 10 hour shifts

Job Summary: 

We are looking for dedicated Clinic RNs in Polacca, Arizona with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Duties: 

• Room and assess clinic patients
• Obtain histories, vital signs, and nursing assessments
• Administer medications, injections, vaccines, and treatments
• Start IVs and assist with infusion services
• Perform patient education and health counseling
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and continuity of care
• Manage telephone triage and patient questions
• Assist providers during clinic visits and procedures
• Monitor chronic disease patients and preventive care needs
• Complete outpatient nursing documentation in the EHR

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN License – Any state license accepted
• Minimum 2 years experience as RN, 1 year of ambulatory care experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience with IV infusions and 1 year of experience with IV starts, PICC lines, and/or ports is preferred.
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
