Description
📋 Schedule: Day / Evening / Night / Rotating
Job Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care according to facility standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with daily patient care and nursing needs.
• Work collaboratively with RNs and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and patient-care standards.
Requirements
• Active PN/LPN/LVN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule and provide quality patient care.
• Must successfully complete required facility background and compliance requirements.
