Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Requirements
- No experience required
- ADN or ASN required
- Active RN license in the applicable state
- BLS required
- EPIC experience required
- BSN preferred
- Previous nursing experience preferred
Main Responsibilities
- Assess patients and identify their needs
- Create and update individualized care plans
- Give medications, treatments, and nursing care
- Monitor patients and recognize changes in condition
- Communicate changes to doctors and other healthcare providers
- Educate patients and families about treatments and care
- Help with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Coordinate care with doctors, therapists, case management, and other staff
- Delegate tasks to nursing support staff and monitor their work
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices
- Participate in quality improvement activities

Bottom line: This is a night-shift RN position that accepts new graduates/no experience, but you need an ADN/ASN, active RN license, BLS, and EPIC experience.
