📄 Contract Length: 13 weeks
🚀 Start Date: August 31, 2026
⏱️ Hours: 40 hours/week
🕒 Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch break
💰 Pay:
• Travel Package: $2,220/week
Meals: $413/week
Housing: $749/week
📋 Role Overview:
• Conduct intake assessments for open-access and post-crisis patients
• Provide behavioral health evaluations and treatment planning
• Support individuals with mental health needs in an outpatient clinic setting
• Coordinate care and connect patients to appropriate services and resources
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
✅ Requirements:
• Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or equivalent behavioral health license
• Minimum 1 year of mental health experience required
• Strong assessment, counseling, and case management skills
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient behavioral health setting
