Description
Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Contract
Shift: 12-hour evenings, 12:00 PM–12:00 AM
Unit: Emergency Department – 44-bed unit
Facility Size: Approximately 270 beds
Orientation Dates
- August 31
- September 14
- September 21
- September 28
- No orientation on September 7 due to Labor Day
Position Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- TN or Multistate RN license must be active and on file at the time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH certifications required
- Cerner experience strongly preferred
- Must be flexible with scheduling to meet unit staffing needs
- Block scheduling is not available
- Weekends and holidays are required
Scheduling & Time-Off
- Must remain flexible based on the needs of the unit
- No time off will be approved from September 19 through October 17 due to Epic Go-Live
