LTC LPN – ThedaCare Juliette Manor

Specialty: LPN – Long-Term Care
Shift: 12-hour Days | 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Contract: 8 or 12 weeks
Start: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Job Overview:

• 20-bed Long-Term Care and 17-bed Rehab unit
• 1:10 patient ratio
• Recent LTC/Post-Acute experience required
• Wound care and following MD orders
• Blood draw experience required
• Epic preferred
• Pyxis highly preferred
• Ability to float to Peabody Manor, approximately 40 miles away
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Holidays: As needed
• No call/callback
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks
• Scrubs: Solid colors; professional attire required
• Orientation: Approximately 5 days (1 onboarding day + 4 preceptor shifts)

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin LPN License
• AHA BLS
• Associate Degree or Certificate
• 2+ years of LPN experience
• Recent LTC/Post-Acute experience required
• Travel experience strongly preferred
• Wound care experience
• Blood draw experience
