Description
UNIT: OR TECH
*Position is for Vascular Surg Tech*
Experience Required: 2 years. Position is for General/Trauma which backs up Ortho/Neuro/ENT. STRONG experience in Trauma (no burns), Neuro is required, General, Vascular, ENT, General, Ortho spine, Ortho (done at joint center/not requried), Gyn, vascular (Endovascular as well), urology, robotics for both General and Neuro, Plastics, breasts, eyes.
Prefer strong robotics experience (Robotic Mazor/DaVinci XI)
Certs Required: BLS, CST
Patient Types: Minimal Peds (typically Ortho)
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Technology/Equipment: EMR: CERNER, Medication dispensing: Omnicell, IV pumps: Plum 360, Monitors: Spacelabs
Orientation: 2 weeks on day shift, expected to take buddy call while on orientation
Scrub Color: Green, provided
