Description
Shift: 3x12/NIGHTS (6P-6A), Start: 2 weeks from offer, Length: 13 weeks, GT: 36, Requirements: Compact or WY state license in-hand, candidate MUST have PCC experience, and candidate MUST have prior travel experience, Facility Work Week: SUN-SAT, WESTON COUNTY MANOR STRICTLY ORIENTS ON TUESDAYS - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, Call Out Policy: No more than 1 call out in the first 30 days, and no more than 2 call outs max for the duration of a 13-week contract, which will result in termination.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
