Description

PCU RN – Travel Contract

Location: Tucson, AZ
Specialty: PCU / Resource Float Pool
Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

Resource Float Pool position covering 2 campuses:
- BUMC-Tucson – Level I Trauma, 625 beds
- BUMC-South – Level IV Trauma, 245 beds
May float across Observation, Med Surg, PCU, and IMC units.
May occasionally care for Adult Health patients in the ED or PACU while awaiting an inpatient bed.
Level I Trauma and large hospital experience required.
Banner may cancel 1 shift during the assignment.
Candidate must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments.

Required Experience

Minimum 24 months of PCU experience
Recent PCU experience within the last 12 months
Level I Trauma experience
Large hospital experience
Travel experience highly preferred

Required Certifications & Documents

BLS – AHA, ARC, or ASHI
ACLS – AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active Arizona RN license with no license hits
