Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for an opportunity in Oregon. This position is ideal for a skilled emergency nurse who is committed to providing safe, high-quality care to patients with a wide range of medical needs, from non-critical conditions to life-threatening emergencies.
Working in the Emergency Department, the RN will care for patients requiring urgent and emergent medical treatment, mental health care, cardiac and trauma services, and pediatric emergency care. The nurse will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide timely and effective patient care.
Required
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS
- ACLS certification
- TNCC certification
- PALS certification
- CEN certification preferred
- Experience providing care to patients with emergent and urgent medical conditions
- Experience caring for critical cardiac and trauma patients
- Ability to provide emergency care to pediatric patients
- Experience caring for patients requiring urgent and emergent mental health services
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
