Schedule
Monday: Mayfair 830am- 7pm. 10hrs

Tuesday: Good Hope 830am - 5pm. 8 hrs

Wednesday: Greenfield 84S 8 am - 12 pm. 4 hours (NEW - adding to get teammate to 40 hours per week)

Thursday: Summit 7:30 am - 5 pm. 9 hrs

Friday: Good Hope 7:30 am - 5 pm. 9 hrs

Unit Information:

• Rooms: Roughly 4-5 exams rooms at each site
• Minimum years of experience: 1 year of experience in a clinic setting; allergy clinic experience highly preferred
• First-time traveler: Yes

Patient Types:

• Adults and peds
• Allergy, immunology and asthma/pulmonary, peds food allergies, seasonal allergies, drug allergies

Daily Census:

• Average 16-24 patients

Required Certifications:

• BLS

Skills required

• Triage/phone triage, rooming patients, injections, comfortable with peds patients, vitals, medication/history review, allergy reviews, performing allergy questionaries, fielding medication refills
• IV skills and performing spirometry preferred
• Soft skills: being flexible, comfortable in a fast-paced clinic, adaptability

Support:

• 4 providers total
• 3-4 RNs per clinic per day
• Patient service reps at front desk
• Manager/Supervisor available every day via Teams, float through each clinic
• Site leadership

Charting System/Equipment:

• EMR: EPIC Ambulatory – preferred, not required

Floating:

• Could be expected to float to other clinics per need/contract (refer to requisition)

Orientation:

• NEO
• 1 week; could have more based off skillset

Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: None
• Call: None
• Approval of RTO: can approve up to 5 days
• Shift times: Monday – Friday 0730-1700/1730.
• Holiday Expectations: none
