Job Highlights

ICU RN – Enterprise Central Region Float
Interview required
Must float between:
- ECU Medical Center
- Beaufort Hospital – approximately 35 minutes from ECU Medical Center
- Edgecombe Hospital – approximately 40 minutes from ECU Medical Center
Facility assignment is sent by email around 4:00 AM or 4:40 PM on the day of the shift, depending on shift

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Level I Trauma experience required
Travel experience required
Must be comfortable floating to Intermediate Care/Stepdown and other inpatient units at or below ICU skill level

Required License / Certifications

North Carolina or Compact RN license
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS

Floating / Ratios

ICU: 1:2
Intermediate Care / Stepdown: 1:4–1:6
May float to other inpatient units within skill level and below
Must be comfortable traveling between all three Enterprise Central Region facilities.
