Physician Assistant – Cardiothoracic Surgery / CVI

Locum Tenens | Pennsylvania

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants for exciting Cardiothoracic Surgery / Cardiovascular Institute locum opportunities in Pennsylvania.

📍 Available Locations

Forbes Regional Hospital – Monroeville, PA
Saint Vincent – Erie, PA

🩺 Forbes Regional Hospital – Monroeville

Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 30-minute lunch
5 days/week | 40 hours
4 days: Inpatient/Surgery
1 day: Outpatient/Clinic
Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
Cases: Cardiovascular & Cardiothoracic Surgery

🩺 Saint Vincent – Erie

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
40 hours/week
Setting: Outpatient
Cases: EVH, surgical closure & vascular procedures
Part-time: Minimum 2 weeks/month may be considered

💰 Compensation

Competitive locum market rates
Up to $135/hour, depending on experience, location, and travel distance
Holiday rates may apply
All-inclusive rates available for qualifying providers

📋 Requirements

Board Certified Physician Assistant
Active Pennsylvania PA License
BLS & ACLS
Active DEA
Cardiothoracic/CV surgery experience preferred
Strong surgical and vascular experience preferred

⏱️ Credentialing

Credentialing/privileging generally takes 60–75+ days, depending on facility and completion of required documentation.
