Description
Interim DON to start on 8/26. Current is going out of the country for 4 weeks and needs coverage while she is out.
Census/Bed Size: 160 beds in SNF, with census of 145
Shift/Schedule: M-F, 830am-5pm
Travel: Local highly preferred
EMAR: PCC
Vaccination: Required, can accept declination
On call: 24/7 for emergencies- must be willing to work the floor if needed
Must have at least 2 years of experience
